Eliminate damage from corrosive liquids with specially-designed cabinets for corrosives in laboratories. Its powder-coat finish resists acids, bases and solvents, protecting labs and personnel from damaging corrosives.

*Storage substances: phosphoric acid, carbonic acid, hydrogen peroxide, bleach, plate washing water, formaldehyde and other weak corrosive liquids and chemicals.

①The safety cabinet is constructed by double-wall 18 Ga (1.2-mm) steel sheet through spot welding, (38-mm) of insulating air space for fire resistance.

②Ventilation devices are set on the left and right sides to effectively reduce the concentration of volatile substances and prevent fire.

③Resin powder coating treatment, the surface is bright, dustproof, rustproof and moistureproof.

④The three-point linkage lock reduces friction or mechanical sparks and reduces static electricity accumulation.

⑤Cabinets feature a leakproof 2 in. (51-mm) bottom sump, dual vents with flame arresters.

⑥Galvanized steel shelves direct spills to back and bottom of a leakproof sump. They adjust on (80-mm) centers for versatile storage, the maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf is 100kg, each shelf is 8cm apart.

⑦The continuous piano hinge makes the cabinet door close and open smoothly.

⑧The reflective warning labels are highly visible under fire conditions or during power outages when illuminated with a flashlight.
