Product process

Cutting: Cutting fiber equipment imported from Germany.

Welding: The screw holes connected by the connector are welded by the riveting welding process, the welding part is welded at high frequency, and the surface is ground and polished to make it flat to ensure that the welding point is free of burrs and false welding.

Coating: The surface of the steel sheet is subjected to degreasing, rust removal, water-based degreasing, water-based neutralization, surface treatment, phosphating, etc. After several processes such as surface treatment and phosphating, it is coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder, cured at 220°C, and the surface is smooth.

Accessories: The screws connecting the support frame and the connecting frame are all connected by high-quality inner hexagonal stainless steel screws, which have good corrosion resistance, are tight and strong, and will not deform under long-term load.
