Cabinet
The entire structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a full thickness of 1.0mm. The steel surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface with a thickness of 1.15mm to 1.2mm.The doors is double-layer structure with soundproofing material filled inside.

(1) Cabinet: 1.0mm full thick 304/316 stainless steel sheet.
(2) Countertop: Made of double-sided 1.0mm thick 304/316 stainless steel sheet, with load-bearing reinforcing ribs or embedded with MDF board.
(3) Frame: Made from 38×38mm square tube with a 1.2mm thickness.
(4) Handle: Non-welded linear handle/C-shaped stainless steel handle/Insertion stainless steel handle.
(5) Slides: Stainless steel silent self-closing slides.
(6) Hinges: Stainless steel self-closing hinges.
(7) Feet: Use stainless steel laboratory-specific adjustable feet.
