Using steel-glass double-layer structure.

(1) Uprights and tray: The uprights is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a full thickness of 1.0mm, and there is an adjustment hole every 30mm, the uprights thickness of up to 1.15~1.2mm. The tray is made of 1.5mm full-thickness cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish.

(2) Shelves: Equipped with two layers of 10mm thick tempered glass with rounded edges for smoothness and safety. The glass edges are fitted with an aluminum alloy or stainless steel guardrail to prevent reagent bottles from falling.
