PASS BOX

A pass box, which is also called a transfer hatch or SAS pass (sterile access system), works as a barrier between areas with different levels of cleanliness when materials do have to be moved. The equipment is used to transfer material from an area of lower cleanliness to an area of higher cleanliness, and vice versa.

All cleanroom pass boxes include a mechanical and/or electrical interlock system designed to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. This design ensures that only one door can be opened at a time, not both or more, thus minimising the amount of “dirty” air that can enter the cleanroom.

FEATURES

1. The work surface of the short-distance pass box is made of stainless steel sheet, which is smooth and wear-resistant

2. The work surface of the long-distance pass box adopts an unpowered roller, which makes it easy and convenient to transfer items

3. The doors on both sides are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking, and electronic latching devices to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time.

4. The internal stainless (flat and clean) the external can choose stainless steel or high-quality cold rolled steel sheet (electrostatic spraying, beautiful and generous)

5. Door opening signal lights can be installed on both sides of the box to know the opening situation of the opposite door

6. Pass box is equipped with a special sealing strip to ensure air tightness.

7. Various non-standard sizes and floor-standing models can be customized according to customer needs.
