Product Overview

The Lab Sink Cabinet is the core equipment of the laboratory washing area, integrating washing, sink, drainage and storage in one unit.
According to different laboratory layouts, it is available in C-frame open frame, fully enclosed floor-mounted cabinet and H-frame high-strength frame, and can be used as the washing unit at the end of an island bench or as a stand-alone wall bench.

• Application: university labs, research institutes, pharmaceutical plants, testing centers, hospital laboratories, etc.

2.1 C-Frame Lab Sink Base Cabinet

• C-frame steel frame structure with sink and worktop above and open space below for services.

• Easy for future addition and maintenance of plumbing, electrics and waste lines.

• Ideal for laboratories that need frequent modifications or upgrades of service lines.

2.2 Floor Mounted Laboratory Washing Bench

• Fully enclosed base cabinet design with plinth, stable and neat in appearance.

• Doors/drawers provide storage space for detergents, bottles and waste containers.

• Helps keep the laboratory clean and organized; suitable for teaching and general labs.

2.3 H-Frame Laboratory Sink Unit

• H-frame high-strength frame supporting the worktop and sink, with optional shelves or mobile cabinets underneath.

• High load-bearing capacity; can be combined with drying racks and pegboards.

• Suitable for professional laboratories with higher requirements on stability and load capacity.

Materials & Finishing

3.1 Cabinet / Frame

• High-quality cold-rolled steel, formed by bending and welding.

• Surface finished with epoxy resin or epoxy-polyester powder coating, cured at high temperature.

• Excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, easy to clean and not easily deformed.

3.2 Worktop Options

• Epoxy Resin Top: highly resistant to strong acids and alkalis and high temperature, ideal for chemical labs.

• Phenolic Resin Top: scratch-resistant with good chemical resistance, suitable for general labs.

• Front edge with safety profile to reduce spills and improve user comfort.

3.3 Sink & Accessories

• Lab-grade PP / composite resin sink, acid- and alkali-resistant and stain-resistant.

• Fitted with single or double outlet laboratory faucets and optional eye wash.

• Rear side can be equipped with drying rack and pegboard to form a complete washing system.
