Phenolic Resin Countertop
Our Phenolic Resin Countertops are built for durability, easy maintenance, and a lightweight, making them ideal for laboratories, healthcare facilities, and industrial environments. Resistant to chemicals, stains, scratches, and heat, these countertops provide a smooth, long-lasting surface. Available in a variety of finishes and colors, they combine functionality with a sleek, professional appearance.
Phenolic Resin countertop is formed by laminating a decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin and multi-layer black kraft dipped with phenolic resin and pressing with a steel plate under high temperature (150°C) and high pressure (1430 psi).
The thickness ranges from 5 mm to 25 mm by adjusting the number of pieces of kraft as needed.

Product Composition
① Chemical-resistant Film adopts EBC electron beam curing to achieve chemical resistance.
② The decorative paper is treated with melamine resin, and the core is composed of kraft papers impregnated with phenolic resin.
③ These sheets are then bonded at pressure greater than 1430 pounds per square inch at temperatures approaching 150°C (300°F).
