The C-Frame Lab Bench is supported by an independent steel frame, connecting the upper and lower cabinet units and the countertop. Simple structure, flexible and changeable, can be combined freely.
The C-Frame structure can be selected without a cabinet, with a suspended cabinet, or with a mobile cabinet structure; it has good moisture resistance and is easy to install and disassemble. After installation, the upper and lower cabinet units can be moved, added, or removed according to laboratory needs without affecting other parts of the bench system. With the primary shock absorption function, the load-bearing capacity can reach more than 250 kg/m².

2. Frame & Accessories
(1) Frame: The entire structure is made of 40*60 mm, 1.5 mm thick, high-quality cold-rolled square tubes. The surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish.
(2) Handles: Non-welded linear handle/C-shaped stainless steel handle/Insertion aluminum handle.
(3) Slides: DTC silent self-closing slides.
(4) Hinges: DTC 105°/175° self-closing hinges/stainless steel self-closing hinges.
(5) Feet: Use laboratory-specific adjustable feet with an adjustment range of ≥35 mm and strong bearing capacity; the balance of the lab bench can be adjusted.
3. Option Cabinet Units
①Wooden Cabinet Units:
The cabinet body is made of 15mm thick, the door panels and drawer fronts are 18mm thick high-quality, eco-friendly double-faced MDF/melamine board. The edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edging, ensuring firm and straight sealing.
② Steel Cabinet Units:
The entire structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a full thickness of 1.0 mm. The steel surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface with a thickness of 1.15 mm to 1.2 mm. The door is a double-layer structure with soundproofing material filled inside.
