Basic H-Frame Lab Bench
The Basic H-Frame Lab Bench is a cost-effective, heavy-duty laboratory workstation engineered for stability, flexibility, and long-term durability. Designed with a robust H-frame steel structure, it delivers superior load-bearing performance while maintaining an open layout that enhances legroom and operational comfort.
The H-Frame/Modular Lab Bench is supported by a solid H-Frame steel frame, connecting the upper and lower cabinet units and the countertop. Optional mobile cabinet, no cabinet and suspended cabinet structure.
Higher load-bearing capacity than C-Frame Lab Bench structure.
Compared to Floor Mounted Lab Bench, which install cabinets unit on the ground and are difficult to rearrange after installation, H-Frame Lab Bench allow lab personnel to easily reconfigure or customize lab layouts, and can be recreated using cabinet modular unit for a variety of layout.
Product Details
Cabinet
The entire structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet with a full thickness of 1.0mm. The steel surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant surface with a thickness of 1.15mm to 1.2mm.The doors is double-layer structure with soundproofing material filled inside.

2. Frame&Accessories
(1) Frame: The entire structure is made of 40*60mm, 1.5mm thick high-quality cold-rolled square tubes. The surface undergoes grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, and other processes, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing at 220°C, resulting in a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish.
(2) Handles: Non-welded linear handle/C-shaped stainless steel handle/Insertion Aluminum handle.
(3) Slides: DTC silent self-closing slides.
(4) Hinges: Hinges: DTC 105°/175° self-closing hinges/Stainless steel self-closing hinges.
(5) Feet: Use laboratory-specific adjustable feet with an adjustment range of ≥35mm, strong bearing capacity, the balance of the lab bench can be adjusted.
(6) Cabinet wheels: High-quality PU silent universal wheel with brakes, excellent load-bearing capacity, shock absorption, and wear resistance without damaging the floor. Each wheel supporting up to 120kg.
