Air Shower Pass Box (Dynamic)
The air shower pass box is cost-effective solution in controlling the ingress of contamination into cleanrooms and its surrounding facilities. Its high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets ensure that all materials are scrubbed off of possible particulates that might affect the sterility of the process and final products.
The air shower pass box blows a high-speed, clean airflow from the top to blow off the dust particles on the surface of the cargo when transferring items. At this time, the doors on both sides can be opened or closed. The clean airflow acts as an air lock to ensure the air outside the clean room. Will not affect the cleanliness of the room. There are special sealing strips on the inner sides of the doors on both sides of the air shower pass box to ensure the air tightness of the pass box.
