When the National Public Health Laboratory of El Salvador needed to modernize its workspace, they partnered with MAX LAB to replace outdated lab furniture with durable white epoxy resin workbenches. The upgrade improved cleanliness, ergonomics, and workflow efficiency in their diagnostic testing areas.

A U.S.-based food R&D and quality testing company partnered with MAX LAB to upgrade its existing laboratory into a safer, more efficient, and future-ready workspace. Facing tight space, frequent chemical exposure, and evolving testing needs, the client required a lab environment built around cleanability, chemical resistance, modular expansion, and compliance-oriented workflows.

MAX LAB delivered a turnkey solution—from space planning to custom furniture engineering—featuring C-frame lab benches built with 1.0mm cold-rolled steel casework and 16mm epoxy resin countertops for durable chemical resistance and easy maintenance. A modular layout was designed to streamline the workflow across sample handling, analysis, and testing zones, while allowing flexible reconfiguration for future equipment additions.

Results: improved space utilization, smoother lab operations, long-term durability under chemical use, and a compliance-ready setup aligned with food lab hygiene and safety requirements.
