PRINCIPLE

·Dynamic airflow provides an air barrier to prevent contaminants from entering into critical controlled environments during material transfers

·Vertical purging to trace any contaminants that have potentially entered post material transfer.

·Unit operates with a recirculating airflow and on-board fans hence, external ducting is not required.

FEATURE

Easy to clean design

Material of construction is full stainless steel with interior rounded/coved corners at its base which is easy to clean.

Construction

The inner and outer double-layer shell, the inner circumference is arc treated, and the connection is seamless. It adopts laminar flow design, the airflow direction adopts the upper and lower return mode, and the bottom adopts the punching design of 304 stainless steel cold car plate, and sets up reinforcing ribs.

Difference between air shower pass box and laminar flow pass box

The interior of the air shower pass box can only reach a purification effect of 1,000 grades due to its structure and wind speed, and a basic requirement of the laminar flow pass box is to be at least 1,000, and the highest can reach 100and 10 grades or even 1 grades.

In the management requirements of the new version of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry for the transfer window, because many production workshops are grade 100 or even ten areas, in order to avoid the impact of the transfer material on the clean room, the requirements of the new version GMP for the transfer window are much higher than before. Therefore, the function of the previous air shower transfer window does not meet the requirements, and the laminar flow transfer window must be used to avoid polluting the production environment; the new version of the GMP transfer window is strictly in accordance with the self-cleaning time, and the items cannot be removed without reaching the self-cleaning time, so as to achieve GMP Management requirements.

Therefore, the most important problem in choosing these two delivery windows depends on where they are used.
