The client is a senior biochemistry researcher planning to build a private laboratory at their property for molecular biology, drug discovery, and biochemistry experiments. With very high requirements for laboratory equipment, the client aims to enhance personal research efficiency through the construction of this specialized lab.

Our Response:

Design Program and Quotation

Preliminary Design:
Our design team proposed several styles of laboratory layout, tailored to the customer’s requirements. Each design focused on efficient use of space and personalized features while ensuring functionality and safety. Key features included:

• Modular lab benches and embedded storage cabinets to keep the lab organized.

• High-efficiency air filtration systems, chemical storage cabinets, anti-static desktops, customized workbenches, and fume hoods to ensure the safety and efficiency of experiments.

Space Design:
We incorporated height-adjustable workbenches and folding operation table tops to save space while offering flexibility for different research tasks.

Aesthetics and Environmental Protection:
The lab design blends seamlessly with the home environment. Environmentally friendly materials were used, such as low-formaldehyde panels and non-toxic paints.

Quotation & Contract:
After finalizing the design, we provided a detailed quotation covering equipment, materials, design, and construction costs. The client, satisfied with the proposal, signed the contract and agreed to pay in installments according to the agreed schedule.

Equipment Production and Delivery

Production Process:
Once the contract was signed, we began production according to the customer’s customized specifications. Our advanced technical equipment and strict quality control ensured that the laboratory furniture and equipment met the client’s exact needs. We maintained regular communication with the client throughout the production process to ensure smooth progress.

Equipment Delivery & Installation:
After approximately 8 weeks of production, we completed the manufacturing process and arranged for professional installation. The installation was planned carefully to avoid disrupting the client’s daily life, with flexible scheduling. All equipment underwent rigorous quality testing to meet the client's specifications. Special attention was given to the electricity supply and drainage systems to avoid future inconvenience.
