In the heart of the Himalayas, the Nepal Plant Lab was established to study and preserve the unique flora of the region. The lab aimed to become a center of excellence for botanical research, focusing on endemic species and their potential applications in medicine and agriculture.
Our team at MAX LAB was approached by the Nepal Plant Lab to provide customized laboratory furniture and equipment. Initial discussions revealed their need for durable, ergonomic, and sustainable solutions that could withstand the lab's unique environmental conditions. We conducted several virtual meetings to understand their requirements fully.

Project Outcome

Custom Laboratory Workstations: MAX LAB's lab bench countertops are available in different material options and have a load capacity of up to 500kg, which is able to adapt to a wide range of different chemical reagent reactions. They can be customized and are acid and alkali resistant and moisture proof. So we offered our Floor Mounted modular benches according to the specific needs of our customers. Designed to withstand high humidity and temperature changes.
Specialized Storage Units: MAX LAB’s chemical storage cabinets and specimen storage units were provided to safely store sensitive plant samples and research instruments. All storage units are equipped with ventilation systems and corrosion-resistant coatings to meet safety standards. In addition, for special equipment and instruments we also offer high quality products made in China according to our customers' needs.
Ergonomic Laboratory Furniture: To enhance researcher comfort and safety, we installed height-adjustable chairs, anti-fatigue matting, and ergonomic workstations designed to reduce strain during long hours of lab work.
